Kent McCool is the founder and owner of Home Safe Homes, Inc. He is a member of the International Association for Child Safety and is a trainer for that organization. Since 2001, he has educated parents and aging adults on the dangers in and around homes and pools. He is a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist(CAPS). Additionally, he has trained people from around the country in the methods of childproofing. He has appeared on numerous television stations and has been called on as the home safety expert when necessary by many local Indianapolis media outlets.

Kent graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS Degree in Education. He belongs to and is active in Rainmakers, Dads Inc., Heritage Place, All Pro Dad, and Safe Kids USA. Kent and his organization always focus on the quality and service they provide to their clients. His goal is to prevent accidents and injuries among children and adults by providing education, quality products, and professional installation. He is the father of Ella and Jake.
