Being a CAPS professional, we have learned strategies and techniques for designing and building attractive, barrier-free living environments. A CAPS professional:
- Meets the housing needs of age-50+ population
- Identifies and/or makes home modifications or changes to help people live independently in their homes at later ages
- Finds solutions to common obstacles that make houses unsafe or uncomfortable

From grab bars, railings, wheel chair ramps, and stair lifts, we make the practical modifications that enable older adults to maximize their independence and quality of life. Our services include home safety assessments and professional installation.
